By downloading, installing, or using Game Shot (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Game Shot is an iOS application that provides darts checkout routes, dart-by-dart leg tracking, and a finish reference chart for 301, 501 and 701. The App is intended for educational and entertainment purposes only.
3. Not an Official Scorer
Game Shot is a reference and practice aid, not an officially sanctioned scorer. Routes are computed from standard darts rules for the out rule you select. In league or tournament play, the marker's scoresheet is always the authority. We make no guarantee of competitive outcomes.
4. User Responsibilities
- -Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- -Comply with the rules of any league, venue, or competition you play in
- -Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
- -Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the routes shown are appropriate for every ruleset, league variation, or board configuration.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Intellectual Property
Game Shot and its content are owned by Parent Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
