Relay1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Relay (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Relay is an iOS application for developers that captures, decrypts, and inspects the HTTP and HTTPS requests made by apps on your device. It includes tools to copy requests, compare them, export them, and return mock responses for testing.
3. Authorized Use
Relay is intended for debugging and testing. Only use it to inspect traffic from devices and apps that you own or are authorized to test. Do not use the App to intercept, monitor, or record anyone else's communications without their permission.
4. User Responsibilities
- -Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- -Respect the terms of service of the apps and services whose traffic you inspect
- -Protect captured data, which can include sign-in tokens and personal information
- -Understand that trusting the Relay certificate lets Relay decrypt HTTPS on your device, and remove it when you no longer need it
- -Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
- -Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that every app's traffic can be captured or decrypted, or that capturing will not affect how other apps connect while it is running.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Intellectual Property
Relay and its content are owned by Parent Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
