Sabai KeysSabai Keys is a keyboard for iPhone that translates between English and Thai. It needs no account and shows no ads. It only sends text off your phone when you ask it to translate, and this policy explains what happens to that text.
What You Type
Normal typing stays on your phone. We do not receive your keystrokes, and the keyboard does not send anything until you tap the button to translate.
iOS asks you to turn on Allow Full Access for any keyboard that uses the network. Sabai Keys needs it only to reach the translation service.
Text You Translate
When you tap to translate, the text in the message field is sent to our translation service, along with your tone and speaker settings and an anonymous user ID. The service passes the text to an AI translation provider to produce the translation and returns the result to your phone. We do not store the text, and we do not write it to our logs.
The provider handles the text under its API terms. It does not use the text to train its models, and it may keep it for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse. Avoid translating anything you would not want handled this way, such as passwords or card numbers.
Service Logs
Our service logs the anonymous user ID, the time of each translation, how long it took, and whether it failed. We use these logs to keep the service running and to prevent abuse, and we keep them for 30 days. Our service runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States.
Subscriptions
Sabai Keys Pro is sold through Apple's App Store, and we never see your payment details. Apple handles your purchase under Apple's Privacy Policy.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. It creates the anonymous user ID and keeps it with your purchase history and basic device details, such as the app version and your device's region. Our service asks RevenueCat whether that ID has an active subscription before it translates.
Your Settings
Your settings, such as your translation direction and tone, are stored on your device. Deleting the app removes them.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell your data, track you across other apps and websites, or use advertising or analytics services.
Your Choices
You can turn off Allow Full Access or remove the keyboard at any time in Settings, which stops translation. To ask about or delete your data, email us at the address below.
Children's Privacy
Sabai Keys is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date above.
