Sabai Keys1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sabai Keys (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sabai Keys is a keyboard for iPhone that translates messages between English and Thai using an AI translation service. Translating requires Sabai Keys Pro, a paid subscription.
3. Translations Can Be Wrong
Translations and pronunciations are generated automatically and may contain mistakes or sound unnatural. Check anything important with a person who speaks the language before you rely on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or emergency matters. You are responsible for the messages you send.
4. Subscriptions
Sabai Keys Pro is a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store and subject to Apple's terms. The price is shown before you buy. New subscribers may be offered a free trial, and payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends.
The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, and restore it from the App. Refunds are handled by Apple.
5. User Responsibilities
- -Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- -Not use the App to harass, threaten, or deceive anyone
- -Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App or its translation service
- -Not use the translation service automatically or in bulk, or outside the App
- -Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that translations will be accurate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any translation.
8. Intellectual Property
Sabai Keys and its content are owned by Parent Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
