Starplot1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Starplot (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Starplot is a logic puzzle game for iOS with a daily puzzle and packs of puzzles to solve. It is free to play with ads, and offers Starplot Plus, an optional one-time purchase that unlocks every puzzle pack and removes all ads.
3. Purchases
Purchases are made through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Starplot Plus can be restored on your devices from the App's settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
4. User Responsibilities
- -Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- -Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
- -Not interfere with the ads in the App or generate invalid ad activity
- -Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Your Progress
Your progress is stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your iCloud account. We do not hold a copy, so we cannot recover progress that is lost.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that ads will always be available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Intellectual Property
Starplot and its content are owned by Parent Systems and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
